- Own the end-to-end integration pipeline from design and configuration to deployment and production support ensuring Workday connects seamlessly with internal and external platforms via Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure data integrity across all inbound and outbound integrations by building rigorous mapping, transformation, and validation processes that keep Carta's people data accurate and compliant at scale
