We are seeking a Data Analyst (Financial Crime & KYC) to support Financial Crime Middle Office (FCMO) change initiatives within a leading global banking environment.
This role combines business analysis, project delivery, management information reporting, process improvement, and SQL-based data analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Crime change programmes, enhancing MI reporting and data quality, documenting business processes, and ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are effectively implemented across the function.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Change Delivery
- Support Financial Crime and bank-wide change initiatives from inception through implementation.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into clear process and operational solutions.
- Produce current-state and future-state process documentation, process maps, and business requirements.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and delivery of change initiatives impacting Financial Crime operations.
- Support project governance activities, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and implementation activities.
- Ensure procedures, controls, guidance documents, and training materials are updated following process or system changes.
Management Information (MI) & Reporting
- Develop, automate, maintain, and enhance Management Information (MI) reporting capabilities.
