The Role
Our Digital Experience team is growing! We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team in London.
In this role you will turn conversion ideas into designs we can test. You’ll design landing pages, offer pages, comparison tables and journeys for our experimentation programme, learn from every result and help build the patterns that let us test faster across more brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design test variants for landing pages, forms, offer pages and comparison journeys, from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready file
- Work with CRO, creative and development teams to get experiments live quickly and read what the results tell us
- Build and maintain reusable components in our Figma design system so new tests and brands launch faster
- Support the newly acquired rewards brands as they join the experimentation progr
