THE WORK
Ripple is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer, Marketing to join our growing team. You will assume a vital, strategic role in establishing the technical vision and framework for Ripple’s marketing technology platform. Through creating dynamic, high-performing, and globally scalable experiences, you will directly boost our go-to-market efforts and support our revenue teams.
This role is ideal for an engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, growth marketing, marketing automation, and lead intelligence. Operating at a Staff/Lead level, you will partner closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, SDR, and Data teams to architect scalable solutions that power lead qualification, intelligent routing, experimentation, and full-funnel attribution.
