People Intelligence sits within People and Communications. We build the data and products behind talent decisions at every level — from leaders, managers, and employees. Our partners in Total Rewards, HRBP, Talent Management, and People Operations depend on what we ship..The team is a growing team, and you will help set the engineering standard for how we build.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
- Lead technical projects from first design through launch and iteration, across products such as performance cycles, compensation planning, talent reviews, total rewards statements, and self-service tools.
- Design scalable architectures that integrate with our internal systems (i.e. Workday, Ashby, etc.) and our people data platform, that holds up when the whole company is in a review or compensation cycle.
