- Own Accounting Intelligence and our AI platform end to end: the agent framework, retrieval, and the shared AI services every other team builds on
- Build the evals system that makes accuracy a feature, with golden sets, regression checks, and every number traced back to its source
- Shape the next bets, from CFO insights to agents customers set up themselves
- Set the roadmap with the pod’s tech lead and own the outcomes (retention, activation, expansion)
- Partner closely with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs that span multiple teams
- Improve the internal processes, tooling, and operating model that help the whole team ship fast
