Your mission is to bridge the gap between that data and business decisions - deciding what to show, what to hide, and how to guide stakeholders from top-level KPIs to supporting evidence.
As a Senior Product Data Analyst , you won’t just be "building reports." You will be the architect of our analytical narrative, ensuring that our dashboards are intuitive, trustworthy, and high-impact. You will partner with our Data Analytics Engineers so you can focus 100% on insights, visualization, and product experimentation.
What you'll be doing
- Data Storytelling: Turn complex Payments metrics into clear, decision-ready narratives for non-expert stakeholders.
- Dashboard Redesign: Streamline our Tableau environment so core stakeholders can answer "How are we doing?" in under 2 minutes without expert support.
- KPI Stewardship: Iterate on our KPI hierarchy- defining North Star vs. diagnostic metrics—and documenting the logic behind them.
- Product Insights: Proactively surface opportunities and risks, shaping experiments and product priorities based on your findings.
