Overview
This role is intended for a senior Business Intelligence Analyst who can operate across business process discovery, requirements engineering, data analysis, and migration validation. The analyst will work directly with Finance and HR subject matter experts to understand current-state data warehouse usage, document the future-state needs for Fabric, and help engineering teams convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications. The role involves sensitive Human Resources and Finance data, the BA should be comfortable documenting restricted data elements, role-based access needs, data quality expectations, and validation evidence while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and auditability.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance, HR, and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, non-functional, reporting, and security requirements
- Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes, reporting needs, data warehouse usage, pain points, controls, and business objectives
- Translate business requirements into implementation-ready specifications, including source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, business logic, exception handling, and acceptance criteria
