About the Role
We’re reinventing how People Operations runs at Vercel — and this role sits right at the center of it. You’ll help us build and integrate Vercel-powered tools that replace legacy busywork with something genuinely fast and modern. If you get excited about composable HR tech and shipping tools people actually want to use, this is that role.
You’ll also own and evolve our core Workday integrations, partnering closely with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to keep our HR systems reliable, secure, and scalable. This role blends hands-on integration work with real functional fluency in People Operations — you’ll need to understand not just how data moves between systems, but why our stakeholders need it to move that way. You will report to the Director of People Operations, Infrastructure & Services and will be located in one of our hub locations (San Francisco, New York, or Austin).
