Title of Job : Principal Product Acceleration Specialist - Auth0
Reports to : Director, Product Acceleration
As a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0, you will play a critical role in driving customer success, deep product adoption, and long-term retention across Okta’s most complex and strategic enterprise accounts, specifically targeting the top end of the Global 2000 (G2K). In this highly technical, developer-centric leadership role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise engineering, architecture, security, and application teams, as well as key System Integrator (SI) partners, helping them architect and deploy complex, low-friction, massive-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions on the Auth0 platform.
Using your deep Auth0 expertise, you will guide enterprise deployments by defining architecture, optimizing platform usage, and resolving complex escalations.
