Role Overview
We are looking for a Business / Technical Data Analyst to support data analysis, issue investigation, and operational improvement initiatives within a large-scale financial services environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong data analysis and business understanding with enough technical capability to investigate data and application issues across multiple systems. The role requires the ability to understand business processes, analyse CRM and database data, interpret application logs, and translate findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
The role involves working across CRM platforms, relational databases, application logs, and integrated systems, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to understand issues, validate data, and identify root causes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and customer-related data across CRM, databases, application logs, and integrated systems.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, reconcile, validate, and analyse data.
- Analyse CRM data structures, objects, relationships, statuses, and business flows to support operational and analytical requirements.
- Investigate application logs and events to identify anomalies, trace process failures, and support root cause analysis.
