Founded in 2021, LiveKit powers voice and agentic AI applications for tens of thousands of developers, collectively facilitating billions of calls each year: language tutors that talk back, customer support and sales agents running real call volume, healthcare intake, coaching and training software, in-game characters, and the voice and video layer for robots.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're looking for our first Product Operations Manager. Our product team is small, senior, and growing fast, with each PM coming in to establish the foundations of a new part of the business. As the team grows, the work that connects it (how we plan, set and measure goals, keep the roadmap honest, run our rituals, learn from customers, and bring new people up to speed) needs an owner.
This role is that owner. Your customers are the PMs and the head of product, and your job is to make them faster and better at what they do. You won't be inheriting a process manual or enforcing one. You'll be designing how a product team works at the moment it goes from a handful of people to a real organization, inside an engineering culture that values autonomy and only adopts what makes people's lives easier.
