Our B2B SaaS platform optimizes employee workflows by providing real-time access to inventory, product information, and customer inquiries. We serve large supermarket chains in Germany and across the EU. We have already hired two backend developers through "HN - Who is hiring?" and are now seeking an Engineering Manager (Ruby on Rails) with at least 8 years of experience (preferably in startups). We recently signed another large contract with a major retail chain, are growing quickly, and expect to close a pre-seed funding round in the next few days. For the Engineering Manager role, professional proficiency in German is required, and you must be based in the EU. Backend Stack: Ruby / Rails (8.x), StimulusJS / Hotwire / Turbo, AlpineJS, Postgres, Docker, DigitalOcean, OpenAPI, LLMs We are also seeking a Robotics Engineer to work from our robotics lab in Bremen, Germany.
