ABOUT BABBEL LABS
Babbel Labs is building the future of language learning. We're an AI-first, independent company within the Babbel group, based in Berlin. Our teams bring AI, R&D and product together to ship experiences that set a new standard for how people learn.
YOUR MISSION
You’ll own our content generation systems, with generative AI at their core: how our language experts’ way of teaching turns into learning content for every language combination. That includes the AI generation workflows themselves (prompting, evaluation and quality loops) and the human-in-the-loop processes around them.
Your success is measured by the speed of generating content across several languages and by content quality.
A ROLE THAT GROWS WITH YOU
Babbel Labs owns the full arc of how people learn a language, and our senior PMs grow by expanding across it. Starting from AI Content Generation, your ownership can deepen or extend into other areas, such as conversational AI, adaptive learning, and scaling.
Where you grow depends on where you do your best work — and we invest in getting you there. If expanding your craft across these spaces sounds energising, you will have a very good time here.

- Translate learners and reviewers needs, expert feedback, and business priorities into clear product opportunities, hypotheses, and initiatives.
- Lead the creation, improvement and scaling of AI generation workflows, including prompting, evaluation, and quality loops, to enable faster c
