JOB OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, management, and optimization of our People systems (Paycom and other HRIS, benefits platforms, etc.), while partnering with Payroll, IT, Benefits, and Recruiting to support complex People operations, systems integrations, and vendor coordination. This is a senior, hybrid technical and strategic role for someone who combines HRIS and data analytics expertise with the ability to operate independently in fast-changing environments. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve our HRIS (Paycom, Workday).
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and implement updates or improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all People systems, including payroll, benefits, time tracking, and performance management, using data analytics to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Build advanced reports and dashboards (leveraging Excel, Power Query, and Power BI) to support People Operations and leadership decision-making.
- Recommend and lead automation initiatives (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline People processes and reduce manual work.
