As our Growth Design Lead you'll lead the creation of a high-velocity experimentation engine that drives measurable business impact across the top of our funnel. You'll help define and execute an AI-first design strategy that connects world-class creative with core growth metrics — ensuring continuous optimization across acquisition, conversion, and activation. Operating at the intersection of design, data, and marketing, you'll translate behavioral and search insights into scalable, on-brand experiences, establish rigorous testing frameworks, and partner closely with Growth Marketing, Web/Engineering, Brand, and Data to accelerate conversion and revenue outcomes through disciplined, data-driven execution.
If you have a strong track record of driving growth through experimentation, bring deep design and product thinking, understand SEO/AEO and conversion rate optimization, and have a forward-looking perspective on how AI can unlock customer and business value, we'd love to hear from you!
