About the Role
We're hiring an Education Data Specialist I to own product Content for an expanded set of States and serve as a subject matter expert in education data and operations. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role — you'll be the primary point of contact for direct communication customer accounts.
What You'll Own
- Define, prioritize, and validate product Content for your assigned States and accounts, working closely with Product Owners and the EDS Team Lead.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of accounts, some requiring communicating fluently in Spanish on both routine operations and higher-stakes issues.
- Serve as SME for the product(s) you support, partnering with Product Owners to build high-quality Content catalogs.
- Define and execute quality assurance testing for state content to ensure common scenarios are successful before it reaches customers.
