Senior Data Engineer
This is a Hybrid position to our Toronto HelloFresh Headquarters
The role
The position is part of the Growth Alliance, which has the mission to empower the HelloFresh business to convince more customers to try, recommend, or return to our products. Within Growth, the Customer Value Optimization Tribe maximizes long-term customer value by optimizing pricing, personalizing benefits, forecasting customer value (CLV), and creating compelling incentives that drive retention and revenue growth
Our Data Engineers assume development and operational responsibility for the HelloFresh Platform that enables serving millions of customers globally by providing the best & efficient experience for our customers and internal users.

What you’ll do
- Take ownership of the end-to-end process, including architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations of data pipelines, applying DevOps practices, pair programming, and other cutting-edge methodologies.
- Be active, solution-oriented member of autonomous, cross-functional agile teams collaborating with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Product Owners, Back-end Engineers, Front-end Engineers, Product Analysts, and Business Intelligence teams
