Your role and responsibilities • You will learn how to support and advise colleagues on IT and application-related issues as part of first-level support.
- You will analyze hardware and software problems and contribute to resolving them, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.
- You will learn how to plan system and network infrastructures and implement them as part of a team.
- You will assist in coordinating external service providers in dealing with hardware and software issues as part of second- and third-level support.
- You will contribute to various projects involving the design and implementation of IT systems.
- As you gain experience, you will contribute to creating training materials and guides for your colleagues.
Your profile • You have a good intermediate school-leaving qualification; a university of applied sciences entrance qualification or university entrance qualification is an advantage.
- You have a strong technical understanding and are enthusiastic about IT topics and modern technologies.
- You enjoy handling and solving all kinds of user-related issues and value personal interaction.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and analytical thinking and are willing to learn new things.
- You have a valid driving licence or are willing to obtain one during your apprenticeship (for occasional trips between our two locations using a pool vehicle).
