You will join Flix's People & Organization Digital Transformation team to optimize how our global HR processes and technology work together.
A s a hands-on Senior/Expert HR Tech Business Analyst (m/f/d) , you will bridge HR operations and our internal Workday technology team, combining strong HR domain expertise with practical Workday knowledge to simplify processes, improve data quality and enable greater self-service across our global organization.
You will support day-to-day Workday tech requests, lead process gap analysis and redesign, and translate HR requirements into feasible solutions in close partnership with our Workday tech team.
The role reports to the Head of Digital Transformation and works closely with People Operations, People Partners, process owners, our internal Workday technology team, FlixTech and other stakeholders globally.
This role is based in Berlin (hybrid model ).
About the Role
- Drive Workday process optimization across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, conducting as-is/to-be gap analyses, challenging existing ways of working and designing scalable HR processes, including employee and manager self-service, in partnership with process owners and our Workday technology team
