Job Title: GitHub DevOps Solutions Architect (Remote)

Our client, a top-tier IT Consulting firm, is seeking an experienced GitHub DevOps Solutions Architect to join their Applications Modernization Team. In this pre-sales role, you will collaborate with Microsoft and GitHub account teams to drive business opportunities and help clients maximize the efficiency of their software development processes using GitHub and Azure DevOps. You will leverage your expertise in GitHub, Azure DevOps, and modern development practices to deliver compelling solutions, conduct workshops, and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in GitHub, Azure DevOps, and related DevOps tools and practices, providing technical guidance and solutions to clients across various sectors.
- Engage with Microsoft and GitHub account teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our client pipeline.
- Conduct technical assessments, workshops, and PoC projects to demonstrate the capabilities of GitHub offerings, such as GitHub Copilot and GitHub Launch Pad, in an Azure DevOps environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and developers, to design and implement modern software development solutions leveraging GitHub and Azure DevOps.
