Onboarding & Activation owns the user's journey from first run to paying customer: the onboarding and activation experience that proves the product's value, and the client-side surfaces that convert it. This spans guided setup, trial initiation, upgrade paywalls and plan selection, and the user-facing subscription, plan, payment-method, and invoice experiences. As a Front-End Engineer on this team, you'll build the flows a user actually sees and interacts with, from their first moments in the product through the decision to become a paying customer. These are high-stakes, customer-facing flows where UX correctness directly affects both the first impression a new user forms and the revenue and trust on the commerce side.
