You'll work with our established messaging platform that launched in Italy in 2021 and now facilitates millions of care conversations monthly across multiple countries. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of full-stack developers in Milan and Berlin to drive productivity improvements and enhance healthcare professional satisfaction.
What you will do
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy for patient messaging and communication services
- Lead cross-functional teams through technical transformations, including architecture improvements and AI integration
- Drive the scalability of patient relationship management tools across multiple countries
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives
- Oversee integration with innovative products like AI-phone assistant and document sharing capabilities
