Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Star Trek™ Fleet Command team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.
Star Trek Fleet Command's ongoing success goes from strength to strength. Our in-house developed 4X MMO was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top grossing Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market.

What You Will Do
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with one of our feature teams to shape and refine the development team roadmap, steering vision, and strategy. Oversee the feature lifecycle - from specification writing to launching core features. Manage product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting.
- Player's Advocate: Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs and desires. Understand and address player issues to enhance the game. Identify and implement key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market
