Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of predictive and forecasting models, applying advanced statistical and feature engineering techniques.
- Lead complex analyses, including segmentation, clustering, churn prediction, linear optimization, and NLP.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize Spark pipelines and with MLOps engineers for deployment on Azure Databricks.
- Standardize analytical templates and present data-driven insights to business partners with clear narratives and actionable steps.
Must-have Skills
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied ML.
- Language: Advanced English level (Essential for presenting ideas clearly and consulting with diverse global stakeholders).
