We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Product Manager to help shape the future of Collab Tools. Collab Tools includes FigJam, Figma Slides, and Figma Specs. You’ll be at the forefront of defining how product teams plan, capture intent, and communicate: from the initial brainstorm to the functional prototype. As we integrate AI to make these workflows more intuitive and powerful, you’ll help us build the next generation of surfaces that empower teams to align and execute faster than ever.

What you’ll do at Figma

• Own the strategy and roadmap for one of our key products (e.g. FigJam), and help drive our vision of Collab Tools as the defacto surfaces for upstream planning and discovery.
• Partner deeply with Design and Engineering to ship both foundational improvements and 0-to-1 bets, holding a high bar for craft and consumer-grade quality.
• Synthesize quantitative, qualitative, and market signals into a sharp point of view on what to build and why.
• Build durable relationships across your direct team, the broader pillar, and cross-functional partners, including the executive team.
