Power BI
The Power BI Developer designs, develops, andmaintainsdashboards, reports, and data visualizations that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business and operational decision-making. This role partners with stakeholders and technical teams to define reporting needs, build robust data models,optimizereport performance, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. The developersupports bothongoing sustainment and rapid delivery of new or updated reporting products, including documentation and data storytelling support.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, andmaintainPower BI dashboards and reports, including interactive visualizations that support operational and executive-level decision-making.
- Build andoptimizedata models, including relationships, measures, and calculated columns; write andmaintainDAX expressions.
- Integrate and blend data from multiple sources to create consistent,accuratereporting datasets.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through validation checks, reconciliation, and controlledrefreshprocesses.
- Optimizereport and dataset performance, including model design, refresh strategy, and incremental refresh whereappropriate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype dashboards, incorporate feedback, andfinalizedeliverables.
- Produce andmaintaindocumentation for dashboards, datasets, definitions, measures, and refresh processes;maintaina catalog/inventory of reporting products whenrequired.
- Provide recurring and ad hoc analytics support
