SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature planning, translating business objectives into actionable product initiatives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA teams, and external partners to define product scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Lead requirements analysis, solution design discussions, and technical feasibility assessments, ensuring product requirements are clearly defined, measurable, and implementable.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and prioritization to development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and Operations teams to ensure efficient product delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor product development progress, identify delivery risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure products are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Work closely with technical teams to evaluate system architecture, platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and scalability requirements, ensuring sustainable product evolution.
- Define product success metrics, analyze product performance and user feedback, and continuously optimize product functionality and user experience based on data-driven insights.
