ABOUT THE ROLE: WHAT'S IN THE BOX

The Learning Platform Manager is the connective tissue between the content our Training Content team creates and the learners who need it. This is a hands-on, operationally grounded role responsible for the health, configuration, and strategic growth of our 360Learning platform across a multi-brand, multi-site network — while also serving as the primary coordination point for training program rollout, stakeholder alignment, and platform-enabled learning design.

You will own the platform end-to-end: user management, course architecture, learning path design, integrations, reporting, and the continuous improvement of how learning is experienced by our Tier 1 DC associates and operational leaders. You will partner daily with the Training Content Man
