ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a product engineering team building software for application workflows, events, and internal operations at a startup accelerator. You will own problems end to end, from understanding user needs and designing interfaces to shipping production systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain full-stack applications for application workflows, events, and internal teams.
- Develop event tools for registration, coordination, and media handling.
- Integrate with external services such as calendars, messaging platforms, and email.
- Create AI and semantic search systems, including natural language interfaces and workflow copilots.
- Automate scheduling, notifications, application routing, interview coordination, and status tracking.
- Work with operations teams to improve workflows and build dashboards for pipeline and operational metrics.
- Make product and engineering tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment, owning the user experience from discovery through deployment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to 12 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.
- Experience owning product decisions and delivering both polished user interfaces and backend systems autonomously.
- Startup or early-stage company experience, with a record of working effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Recent experience building AI or LLM projects or production features.
- Experience with Rails, React, PostgreSQL, or equivalent technologies; familiarity with Python, semantic search, embeddings, and third-party APIs is useful.
