ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in industrial manufacturing. You will develop products that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows for enterprise customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship production AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.
- Own product features end to end across frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
- Address data residency and GDPR compliance needs for European enterprise deployments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping product features.
- Experience working at a startup and building or integrating AI systems in production.
- Hands-on experience building and operating LLM agents, including orchestration, evaluation, and reliability. Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK is relevant.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Product-minded, curious about AI, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
