About the role
As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Operations, you will manage the Enterprise Technology budget and forecast, vendor contracts and renewals, headcount and contractor tracking, and leadership reporting. You are the single point of contact for Finance, Sourcing and the leadership team.
This is a senior individual contributor role. The leadership team will rely on you for an accurate, current view of spend, vendors, and headcount, and for recommendations based on it. You will be the first person in this role and will build the processes and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Manage Enterprise Technology budget and forecast for software, services and contractors, including the annual plan, monthly forecast, variance analysis and reconciliation with Finance.
- Maintain a single view of spend across the portfolio by domain, vendor and cost type, used by the leadership team and Finance.
- Maintain a complete view of the vendor portfolio: vendors, contract terms and commitments, costs and renewal dates.
- Lead renewal planning for major contracts in partnership with Sourcing, incl
