ABOUT THE ROLE
As the PM for Scale at Factory, you’ll own how our platform supports end-to-end software development at the largest companies in the world.
Every CIO/CTO is thinking about governing AI proliferation, controlling cost, and measuring token ROI. This role is about making the Factory platform the best way to do this when it comes to how AI is used for software engineering.
This is not a “tick the RBAC and audit logs boxes” role (though getting these features right is critical). It’s about empathizing with the challenge of managing AI coding tools within an enterprise, and building the capabilities and visibility that admins, executives, and end-users need to trust Factory and operate it efficiently.
