The Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead for our Payments Engineering team. Payments is core to how our customers operate, and you will own the architecture and technical direction of the platform that moves real money for institutions around the world. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set the technical bar, make the calls on architecture and security, and lead a significant program of work: consolidating a multi generation payments estate onto our modern payment orchestration platform, while keeping every existing integration reliable in production. You will work across a genuinely hybrid technology landscape: a modern cloud-native microservice platform, a large established .NET
