ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small engineering team at an AI data infrastructure company building a platform for automated data production pipelines. You will own complex product and architecture work end to end, helping the team deliver reliable, polished tools for data operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and own platform features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Make independent architectural and design decisions that support fast, high-quality product development.
- Lead a small engineering pod, mentoring and unblocking fellow engineers.
- Work with operations teams to identify important problems and turn them into product solutions.
- Use AI coding tools in your daily workflow and critically evaluate their output.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Five or more years of full-stack product engineering experience, ideally in a startup or small team shipping products from 0 to 1.
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with experience in TypeScript and DevOps.
- Experience owning architecture decisions and mentoring or technically leading other engineers.
- Strong product judgment, attention to visual polish, and experience speaking with users and making independent design decisions.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical operators and stakeholders.
- Daily experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Copilot, paired with sound judgment about their results.
- A degree in computer science or a related technical field, such as mathematics, physics, or engineering.
