SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT, HEALTHCARE

WHOOP is seeking a Senior Director of Product, Healthcare to lead the strategy, development, and growth of healthcare products and experiences that continues to build on our strategy of personalized health. You will build and grow the Healthcare Product team while partnering across Product, Design, Clinical Science, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams to translate physiological data, machine learning capabilities, and clinical insights into meaningful healthcare experiences. You will play a critical leadership role in identifying high-impact opportunities, bringing evidence-based products from concept through launch and scale, and helping establish WHOOP as a leader in digital health.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the WHOOP healthcare portfolio, translating broader company and Consumer Product priorities into clear investments, product initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
- Build, lead, and significantly scale a high-performing Healthcare Product team, developing product leaders and establishing the operating rhythms, capabilities, and culture needed to support a growing portfolio.
