As a Program Manager at WHOOP, you will be a critical member of the team that develops the next generation of models that will power the features we can provide to members. This role sits at the intersection of machine learning, data science, sensor intelligence, platform engineering, and product, and is responsible for translating complex technical work into clear plans, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned to strategy, and built for scale.
Success in this role will require a high degree of adaptability and a solutions mindset, ability to simplify complexity, while continuously managing shifting priorities.
Foundation AI capabilities are critical to our ability to innovate quickly and responsibly. This role ensures that the underlying systems powering our features are delivered thoughtfully, reliably, and in a way that unlocks impact across the entire organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Foundation AI projects from kickoff through development to deployment and stabilization
- Support the VP of Foundation AI to translate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
