ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a consumer gaming team building social, creator-focused experiences across web and mobile. You will own product features end-to-end and help improve activation, engagement, and retention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship cross-platform features and user journeys in React, React Native, and TypeScript, from prototype through production.
- Own work from scoping and implementation through launch and measurement, with minimal process overhead.
- Partner with product, data, and recommendation systems teams to identify friction for creators and players and improve retention.
- Develop frontend architecture for the game feed and creator experience, contributing backend code when needed.
- Design and run A/B tests, form hypotheses, and interpret results using product analytics tools or SQL.
- Use agentic AI tools to automate workflows, identify insights, and turn analytics into product improvements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to four years of experience as a product, frontend, or full-stack software engineer.
- Strong experience with React or React Native and TypeScript, with a focus on consumer-facing frontend products.
- Strong computer science and system design fundamentals.
- Background building consumer social products or two-sided marketplaces is preferred.
- Experience with product analytics and experimentation, including funnels, cohorts, and retention analysis using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or SQL.
- Effective English communication and the ability to own features and make product decisions in a fast-moving startup
