Sony Music's Product Design Engineering and Global Operations (PDEGO) team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Data Operations to own the reliability, observability, and operational health of our data platform

What you'll do

• Build and maintain monitoring systems, alerting pipelines, and health dashboards that give the team real-time visibility into platform status
• Take an active role in production incident response - help triage, contribute to resolution, communicate clearly to stakeholders, and document post-mortems
• Identify and build automation for repetitive operational work - access requests, backfill coordination, and pipeline
