We are looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the successful management of robotic modules or small system projects
- Management of cross-functional engineering teams to complete projects within time, budget, scope, and quality requirements
- Create, maintain, and execute product development plans, as well as project management tools such as action lists, risk registers, changelog, cost plans, etc.
- Break down work packages within the project team and ensure task completion
- Ensure that all project team members and stakeholders are fully aware of the project objective and deliverables
- Establish and ensure seamless and effective communication among project members and stakeholders
- Continuously identify risks and define countermeasures
- Present the status of the projects to project teams and management
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience in robotics, aerospace, automotive, energy, IT, sensoric industries; or PhD (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; or relevant work experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Professional experience in robotic application or system development projects, as well as in waterfall or agile project
