Join Esri`s Professional Services team and work directly with mission driven customers to design, deploy, migrate, troubleshoot, and optimize ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
You`ll combine hands-on ArcGIS expertise with enterprise IT knowledge across operating systems, cloud, containers, databases, storage, authentication, security, high availability, and disaster recovery. You`ll help customers navigate complex technology environments while building scalable and resilient enterprise GIS solutions.
Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Vienna, VA area for this position.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy ArcGIS Enterprise environments
- Support enterprise migrations and modernization
- Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues
- Work across Windows, Linux, cloud, and containerized environments
- Support high availability and disaster recovery strategies
- Configure and optimize enterprise ArcGIS systems
- Collaborate directly with customer technical teams
- Provide guidance on deployment practices
- Support advanced upgrades and enterprise system changes
- Help customers adapt their ArcGIS environments as technical needs evolve
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems
- Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise
- Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues in server-based systems
- Demonstrated ability to consistently apply a systematic, best practice
