Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant specializing in Retail and Commerce. In this role, you will work with customers and delivery teams to understand business requirements, provide functional guidance, resolve application issues, and deliver enhancements across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and Retail capabilities. The position may be aligned at Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant level depending on experience and demonstrated expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support and application maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on Retail and Commerce.
- Handle and resolve functional incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests within agreed SLAs and support processes.
- Analyze business requirements, assess impact, and recommend functional solutions or workarounds.
- Configure and support Commerce and Retail capabilities such as stores, channels, assortments, products, pricing, discounts, promotions, and statements.
